I liked that it didn't feel tight around the neck when the collar button was fastened. I used them without ironing, but please iron them if you are concerned.
The length is designed to reduce the shirt from being tucked out.
I haven't used either of them very much.
I have included images of the neck area. There are creases and wrinkles, but not much staining.
They will be delivered without ironing.
